综合海鲜焗饭
材料
"美国玫块米 约一碗半","虾仁 8~10尾","中型透抽 半只(切圈)","鲷鱼片 5片","牛番茄 1个","洋葱碎 2大匙","酸豆 1大匙","九层塔叶 适量","盐 少许","起司丝 适量","黑胡椒粉 1小匙","橄榄油 2大匙"
做法

1: 锅倒油加热将洋葱炒香,接着放入番茄丁和酸豆炒香。再加入海鲜料炒熟
