【牛肉丸子】
材料
"牛绞肉 1斤","洋葱 1/3颗","芹菜 1株","豆腐 1/3盒","芫荽 2株","番茄糊 2大匙","红酒 150cc","面粉 1大匙","太白粉 1大匙","鸡蛋 1颗","糖 1小匙","盐 1小匙","黑胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1: 洋葱和调味料一起打碎

2: 牛绞肉放进来再打匀

3: 芹菜.芫荽切细末 豆腐先压出水份

4: 加入豆腐.芹菜.芫荽继续摔打

5: 全蛋加进来拌匀后 加面粉.太白粉(入味后再加粉)摔打至黏性 口感上会更紧实有Q度

6: 以中油温来炸 呈金黄色就可起锅

7: 锅中加一点油 将番茄糊倒入 炒出香气后加红酒

8: 炸好的丸子放进来 让酱汁巴附丸子上收汁 就可起锅
