【康宝鲜味炒手】~生炒花枝羹
材料
"花枝 1尾","洋葱 半颗","小黄瓜 1/2根","红萝卜 少许","木耳 2片","辣椒 1根","蒜头 2~3颗","酱油 1大匙","糖 1大匙","黑醋 3大匙","米酒 1大匙","太白粉水 少许","香油 少许","康宝鲜味炒手鲣鱼风味 1小匙"
做法

1: 1:先准备处理好所需材料并切成适当大小

2: 2:热锅后放入油1大匙先炒香炒软洋葱3:然后依序加入红萝卜ˊ木耳ˊ蒜头ˊ炒出香气4:接着加入花枝略为拌炒至7分熟5:再加入辣椒及小黄瓜并呛入1大匙米酒

4: 6:最后加入酌量的热水及调味并用少许太白粉水勾点薄芡ˊ上桌前再洒上少许香油即可~
