"黑豆 500G","蒜末 30G","洋葱切末 100G","水 500CC","盐 适量","香菜叶 少许","去皮鸡胸 200G","美乃滋 50G","起司片 5片","法国面包切片 10片"
做法

1: 洋葱用橄榄油炒软后加入蒜末与黑豆拌炒,加入水煮滚后转小火煮一小时,黑豆软化后加盐调味打成豆泥放凉备用 鸡胸用盐水川烫后切成片状,将面包烤热后单面抹上美乃滋,依序摆上豆泥、鸡肉及起司片和香菜叶组成三明治
