金蜜芒果蔬菜沙拉佐金蜜芒果油醋酱汁
材料
"芒果 3个","萝蔓生菜 5片","小黄瓜 2条","牛蕃茄 大的1颗","洋葱 1/2颗","紫洋葱 1/2颗","橄榄油 3大匙","奥立塔义大利陈年葡萄醋 1大匙","法式芥末子酱 2/3大匙","盐 1/2小匙","黑胡椒 1/2小匙"
做法

1: 洋葱、紫洋葱切丝泡冰水去辣味,沥干

2: 萝蔓生菜撕片,小黄瓜切圆片、牛蕃茄切块、芒果去皮切块

3: 芒果籽旁还有许多果肉,用小孔的刨刀磨成泥放小碗中

4: 油醋酱汁:橄榄油3大匙、葡萄醋1大匙、法式芥末子酱2/3大匙、盐1/2小匙、黑胡椒1/2小匙在大碗中混和均匀

5: 再将油醋酱汁、芒果泥混和均匀成芒果油醋酱汁

6: 取一大碗放入1+2淋上芒果油醋酱汁拌匀
