材料
"猪油末 250g","白萝卜 约1200g","高筋面粉 150g","低筋面粉 150g","酥油 110g","糖 二大匙","水 140g","低筋面粉 410g","酥油 150g","盐 0.5茶匙","酱油 一大匙","油葱酥 1大匙","柴鱼粉 适量","胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 油皮所有材料拌匀

3: 醒约20分

4: 油酥揉成团

5: 猪油炸至金黄(去油)剁成末

6: 与萝卜丝混合加入调味

7: 拌匀,放凉

8: 将油皮和[酥皮]分成同等份

9: 油皮包入酥皮

10: 杆成长条

11: 卷起

12: 收口朝上杆开

13: 再次卷起

14: 一分为二,对半切开,花纹朝上

15: 杆开

16: 包入萝卜丝捏成圆形

17: 或长型
-
18: 用210度左右烤约12~15分(也可用炸的)
