免炒红烧狮子头

"狮子头 8颗","大白菜 1颗","干香菇 10朵","牛蕃茄 1颗","蒜头 4颗","水 2碗","香菜 少许","蚝油 1匙","昆布酱油 1匙","盐 少许","白胡椒 适量","豆瓣酱 少许",
做法

1: 2/3大白菜舖底,上方放置狮子头(肉丸子)、香菇、蕃茄、蒜头及香菜骨干。

2: 将剩余1/3的大白菜舖于最上层,加入所有调味料,设定3小时炖煮。
