月见肠肠久久煲仔饭❤绍兴酱汁
材料
"葱 1根","酱油 3大匙","绍兴酒 2大匙","糖 0.5大匙","麻油 0.5大匙","水 2大匙","米 3杯","水 3.6杯","青江菜 适量","香肠/腊肠 4条","蛋 1颗或随意"
做法

1: *将香肠放入滚水中烫2分钟捞起备用~*煮另一锅水,滴少许沙拉油以及些许盐巴,将青江菜烫熟备用~

2: *将所有酱汁配料放入小锅内煮滚备用~

3: *锅内先涂一层薄薄的沙拉油~

4: *将3杯米洗净沥干后放入锅内~倒入3.6杯水~

5: *放至炉上中小火煮滚(约7-8分钟,可开盖)~

6: *煮滚后以筷子稍微左右划圈5-6次拌匀~

7: *放入香肠后盖锅~

8: *盖锅小火煮7-8分钟

9: *熄火,闷锅20分钟~(期间不开盖)

10: *开锅后,拿出香肠切片摆在饭上,再摆上月见半熟蛋以及烫熟的青江菜~

11: *淋上酱汁即可~~*好吃的煲仔饭上桌噜!!!
