香酥馄饨汤面
材料
"五木营养面条 2包","大骨汤 适量","馄饨皮 1包","绞肉 200g","花枝浆 200g","豆薯或荸荠 50g","米酒 1大匙","盐 1小匙","白胡椒粉 1小匙","酱油 1小匙","糖 1小匙","油葱酥 适量","香油 适量"
做法

1: 取1个碗,绞肉、花枝浆、豆薯末、盐、糖、酱油、米酒、胡椒拌匀成内馅备用

2: 取馄饨皮,放入适量的内馅,边缘抹上水份,用虎口收口,抓紧封口成馄饨状

3: 馄饨下去炸至金黄色

4: 高汤下面,加入盐、胡椒粉调味,放些油葱酥,盛入碗中,放馄饨,滴些香油即可,可以在放一些芹菜末
