茄汁鲜香菇镶肉
材料
"猪绞肉 250克","鲜香菇 8-10朵","蕃茄酱 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","砂糖 2大匙","醋 2大匙","水 4大匙","酱油 1大匙","酒 1大匙","砂糖 1/2小匙","姜泥 1/2小匙","葱(切末) 1支","太白粉 1小匙","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1: 将猪绞肉加入调味料,用数根筷子朝同一方向搅拌至有黏性

2: 将步骤1填入鲜香菇内,再将手指沾水后,把肉面抹平

3: 将茄汁所有材料调匀备用

4: 将锅中的油烧热后,放入步骤2(肉面向锅底)

5: 用中火将肉面煎至金黄定型后,才翻面续煎1分钟

6: 淋下步骤3,将茄汁烧至略微收干即可
