猪肉山药青蒜煎饼

材料

"猪绞肉 150g","紫色山药 150g","洋葱 1/4个","香菇(大) 1朵","青蒜 1支","樱花虾 1大匙","盐 酌量","胡椒 酌量","水饺皮 酌量"

做法

  1. step1

    1: 洋葱、香菇切碎炒香(香菇先泡软),猪绞肉拌搅到有黏性,樱花虾、紫色山药切碎

  2. step2

    2: 青蒜切碎和1拌匀,塩、胡椒粉调味

  3. step3

    3: 水饺皮一上一下,中间填上馅料,边缘沾水黏住,上方刺小洞,煎至两面金黄

  4. step4

    4: 趁热吃,脆脆的口感!
