萱萱的法式培根洋葱咸派
材料
"【塔皮】.牛奶 63g","【塔皮】.蛋黄 10g","【塔皮】.盐 少许","【塔皮】A.白砂糖 1小匙","【塔皮】.发粉 4g","【塔皮】A.高筋面粉 50g","【塔皮】.低筋面粉 100g","【塔皮】奶油 50g","【蛋奶液】奶油乳酪 75g","【蛋奶液】 1/6小匙","【蛋奶液】奶油 30g","【蛋奶液】椒 适量","【蛋奶液】豆蔻 少许","【料】洋葱 2/3颗","【料】培根 60g"
做法

1: 塔皮:将A和奶油混和均匀.放入B混和在一起.

2:将面团杆平后用保鲜膜包起来放入冰箱休息1小时. 将洋葱和培根用少许奶油炒香后将油沥干备用. 充分混和蛋奶液的材料.

3: 取出面团杆开成2公分薄片,涂上蛋奶液,铺上馅料.

4: 用180度烤约20分钟即可
