避风塘炒虾
材料
"虾子 9只","面包粉 半米杯(30g)","葱末 适量","辣椒 1/2条","蒜末 2颗","胡椒粉 适量","盐 1小匙(5g)","酒 2小匙(10g)","香油 1小匙","胡椒粉 适量"
做法

1: 虾子去虾须开背去肠泥后入醃料醃

2: 准备其他食材,所有蔬菜切适当大小

3: 起油锅虾子煎炒至两面都变色后移出

4: 另起油锅爆香葱、蒜跟辣椒

5: 爆香葱、蒜跟辣椒后加入面包粉炒至微金黄

6: 再加入虾子、盐跟胡椒

7: 炒熟虾肉即可
