材料
"高筋面粉 300g","老面面团 50g","糖 20g","盐 3g","油 10g","鲜奶 200cc","酵母 3g","葱 80g","香油或麻油 1小匙","盐 适量","胡椒 少许","蛋液 少许","白芝麻 少许","蛋液 少许"
做法

1: 面团材料投入面包机,[酵母]投至酵母匣,面团模式1小时后取出,分割成8等份

2: 滚圆

3: 杆平成长片状

4: 依长边卷起,重复步骤2、步骤3乙次,至面团长度为20cm左,捏紧收口

5: 用剪刀从面团中间剪开,不剪断,底约留1.5cm

6: 两边面团向内折,成心型,发酵30分

7: 表面上蛋液,摆上葱花馅,洒上白芝麻[葱花馅]材料拌匀即可使用,水分不宜过多不好操作

8: 烤箱预热170度烘烤12~15分钟,中间调头1次让烤色均匀
