"猪绞肉 300g","梅干菜 100g","桂竹笋 150g","香菇 3朵","盐 少许","胡椒 少许"," 1个","玉米粉 1匙","蒜末 1匙","酱油 2大匙","糖 1小匙","香油 少许","香菜 酌量"

做法

  1. step1

    1: 绞肉拌搅至有黏性,梅干菜、桂竹笋、香菇川烫切细末

  2. step2

    2: 蛋十玉米粉,塩、胡椒粉调味拌匀

  3. step3

    3: 摔打后揑成丸子、电锅蒸熟定型(外锅1杯水)

  4. step4

    4: 爆香蒜末,加入酱油、糖、水(可淹过肉丸)小火慢煮入味,香菜、少许香油提味
