红豆面包
材料
"高筋面粉 540g","低筋面粉 60g","酵母菌 4g","蛋 2颗","milk 100ml","糖 60g","无盐奶油 50g","盐 2小匙","红豆(馅) 600g","水(馅) 300g","糖(馅) 120g"
做法

1: 红豆泡一夜,放到电锅煮烂,把红豆过滤,放进果子把水糖放下去炒压成泥(看个人要不要压泥)

2: 把高筋面粉,低筋面粉,酵母菌,蛋,milk,糖,盐揉到光泽(可用机器)

3: 放入盆子用湿布盖住第一次发酵60min(2倍大)

4: 用手压出面团的空气,秤重出想克数,例如:70g-14颗

5: 用擀面棍擀平放入红豆馅把它包起来,表面喷水第二次发酵50min 表面上涂蛋液

6: 放入预热170度的烤箱烤25min,成品
