酥炸山药香菇丸
材料
"猪绞肉 300g","山药 200g","香菇 3朵","红萝卜 1/2条","盐 2g","胡椒粉 1g","香油 少许","蛋 2个","面粉 1/2碗","面包粉 1碗","番茄 1个","豌豆婴 酌量"
做法

1: 猪绞肉拌搅至有黏性,红萝卜、山药、香菇切细末(香菇先泡软),塩、胡椒粉、香油调味

2: 1项食材拌匀,揑成肉丸,肉丸子沾上面粉>蛋液>面包粉,油炸至金黄
