"在来米粉 200g","太白粉 1匙半","温水 190ml","滚水 410ml","盐 适量","馅料部份 1份","绞肉 1大匙半","红葱头酥 1大匙","菜脯粒 1大匙","香菇条 1大匙","虾米 适量","馅料调味 1份","酱油膏 1大匙","咖哩炒酱 2小匙","胡椒粉 些许","碗粿酱 1份","酱油膏 3大匙","糖 2大匙","开水 适量","蒜泥 1大匙","卤蛋 半颗"

1: 1. 先将在来米粉及太白粉用1杯温水调至均匀2. 再倒入2杯滚水,快速搅拌至黏糊状,随后分装到小碗中。如果不够稠,可隔水加热

2: 将所有馅料入油锅拌炒,加入所有的调味料拌炒过,炒熟后盛起备用。 接着在碗粿中分别铺上少许馅料,再放入锅中蒸20分钟。蒸至成型蒸好后淋上酱料+半颗卤蛋就可以吃了
