泰式酸辣椰奶汤
材料
"椰奶 1罐(400cc)","鸡汤 1杯","红辣椒 2小条","鱼露 1大匙","柠檬汁(莱姆汁)1 1/2大匙","红糖 1大匙","南姜 1小块","姜 1小块","香茅(柠檬草) 1支","柠檬叶 3片","蘑菇切片1 杯","鸡胸肉1块 (约200克)","油豆腐 2-3块","香菜 少许"
做法

1: 蘑菇, 鸡胸肉, 油豆腐, 姜和南姜切片, 香茅切段, 柠檬叶切小条, 香菜切末

2: 锅里加入椰奶和鸡汤煮滚,然后放入香茅, 姜,南姜, 辣椒中火煮10分钟

3: 加入鸡胸肉, 切片的蘑菇, 油豆腐和柠檬叶煮8-10分钟

4: 煮好后关火, 最后加入红糖, 柠檬汁和鱼露调味最后洒上香菜就完成囉!
