道地匈牙利红酒炖牛肉
材料
"A4IH智慧感应炉 1台","20公分铸铁圆锅 1口","蕃茄酱 2大匙","盐巴 1小匙","黑胡椒 1小匙","美国无骨牛小排 600g","牛番茄 2颗","洋葱 1颗","苹果 1颗","马铃薯 2颗","大蒜 6颗","芹菜段 50g","月桂叶 3片","红酒 100cc","无盐奶油 1块","匈牙利红椒粉 1大匙"
做法

1: 先将牛小排切块,下炖锅煎,再取洋葱、苹果、马铃薯切块和大蒜一起倒入锅中拌炒

2: 取牛番茄切块,芹菜段、月桂叶下锅炒香

3: 再下调味料、匈牙利红椒粉、红酒入锅拌匀,加水盖过食材,煮滚后再加盖炖煮30分钟即可
