"花枝 1只","蟹肉 1盒","芹菜 适量","小黄瓜 1根","白醋 1小匙","红标纯米料理米酒 1大匙","蒜瓣 4个","红辣椒 2根","酱油 1大匙","白砂糖 1/2小匙","烹大师 1/4小匙"
做法

1: 准备材料:花枝切花;蟹肉退冰洗净;芹菜切段;红辣椒去蒂去籽斜切;蒜头去膜;小黄瓜切块拍扁

2: 取一炒锅,放入一大匙油,转小火锅热后下爆香材料翻炒均匀

3: 待蒜头呈透状,下花枝及蟹肉改转大火,从锅边炝入米酒翻匀

4: 待花枝蟹肉约五分熟,放入芹菜 小黄瓜翻炒
