香螺鲜虾沙拉
材料
"香螺或用烟燻鲑鱼代替 2个","白虾 8~15只","黑胡椒粒 少许","盐 2小匙","橄榄油 3大匙","陈年葡萄醋 1大匙","柠檬汁 1颗","洋葱 半颗","牛蕃茄 2颗","萝美生菜 1颗","苜蓿芽 适量","小黄瓜 1条","便利商店小包腰果 1包","香菜 1小把","白芝麻 少许","乳酪粉 适量"
做法

1: 备好材料,将生菜洗净切适当大小沥干备用,

2: 用冷水放入香螺加入少许米酒煮至滚后约5分钟起锅挖出肉备用,

3: 同锅,洗好的虾下锅煮至熟,

4: 将生菜与腰果加入所有的调味料,

5: 再撒上熟白芝麻与乳酪粉与香菜搅拌均匀,即可摆盘
