鲜香甜的凤梨腰果炒饭
材料
"凤梨 小颗","洋葱 半粒","芦笋 四、五根","胡萝卜 半根","杏包菇 三朵","双色玉米粒罐头 适量","蛋 一颗","蒜头 三瓣","蜜汁腰果 适量","糙米饭 两碗","盐 适量","白胡椒 适量","黑胡椒 适量","罗勒叶 适量","椰子油 两匙"
做法

1: 凤梨一颗剖半挖心,取适量切大丁(炒饭用),剩余凤梨如果不马上吃可切块冰冻箱以后打果汁用。其余食材(洋葱、芦笋、胡萝卜、杏包菇)切丁备用蛋于碗中打散,蒜头切小粒

2: 锅里不加油先把凤梨炒干出香味后取出(这样炒饭才不会太湿)另加椰子油炒香洋葱、蒜粒再加入蛋炒

3: 把其他配料一起下锅炒熟后加盐、白、黑胡椒~然后放入糙米饭(或白饭)炒匀后撒些罗勒叶并加入腰果拌炒一下即可起锅!!
