沙茶蟹肉粉丝煲

材料

"螃蟹 2只","台东柴鱼 适量","寛冬粉 2把","蒜末 2颗","洋葱 半颗","鸡蛋 2个","沙茶 适量","面粉 少许","黑胡椒 少许","香油 少许","酱油 少许","盐 适量"

做法

    1: 材料备齐,洋葱切丝

    2: 寛冬粉泡水切两断

    3: 螃蟹蒸熟切块,洒上面粉及黑胡椒

    4: 起油锅爆香蒜头末.洋葱,打入鸡蛋后加入螃蟹拌炒

    5: 加少许水.台东柴鱼花.酱油.塩调味,放入寛冬粉拌炒,起锅前加沙茶及香油即可
