醉虾
材料
"白虾 20尾","黄耆 8片","当归 2片","枸杞子 1.5大匙","红枣 10颗","绍兴酒 150cc","盐 少许","米酒 150cc","水 100cc","蒜段 1支","姜片 1小段"
做法

1: 备料如图~

2: 先以少许米酒、水、姜片、蒜片滚煮,放入白虾煮熟捞起放凉备用

3: 另外准备当归、黄耆、枸杞子、红枣、米酒、水滚煮后放凉,再加入绍兴酒与少许盐

4: 白虾放入绍兴酒与中药熬煮放凉的药酒浸泡

5: 可以放入密封罐中或是以真空袋中密封冷藏约2~3天

6: 充满绍兴酒香的醉虾上桌囉!
