虾仁烧卖~美极鲜味露
材料
"绞肉 250克","鲜虾仁 150克","馄饨皮(大) 约15张","青豆 15颗","太白粉 少许","青江菜 3颗","盐 1/4茶匙","白胡椒粉 1/4茶匙","蛋白 少许","香油 一茶匙","葱末 2枝","姜末 1/4茶匙","太白粉 一茶匙","美极鲜味露 1/4茶匙","水 一碗","酱油 一茶匙","美极鲜味露 1/2茶匙","香油 少许"
做法

1: 葱切细末,姜切细末,虾仁拍扁改刀剁细碎,绞肉用菜刀再剁细碎点,青江菜洗净对切一分二备用

2: 拿一容器将虾仁+绞肉+调味A拌匀,

3: 再将调味B加入搅拌均匀,成为内馅,

4: 拿一蒸盘,铺上烘焙纸(剪成一个个小方块状),以利蒸煮时防沾,拿一张馄饨皮,包入适量内馅成烧卖状,放在蒸盘的烘焙纸上,

5: 全数包完后,在烧卖上放上一颗青豆点缀颜色,

6: 烧一锅水,滚后放少许盐和油,把青江菜放入川烫,熟后捞起沥干摆盘,

7: 将烧卖移入蒸锅内,大火蒸十分钟,移出蒸锅,把底部烘焙纸拿掉,再摆入菜盘内, 另将勾芡调味+太白粉水煮成芡汁,再淋在烧卖上就完成囉~^^
