日日煮焖鸭
材料
"1/2只鸭","1个洋葱","40克中国芹菜","10克姜","20克葱","20克芫荽","4个红葱头","3瓣蒜头","10克辣椒干","10克四川辣椒","200毫升鸡汤","2汤匙麻油","鸭腌料","1汤匙绍兴酒","1汤匙豉油","1/2汤匙老抽","1茶匙糖","1/2茶匙白胡椒粉"
做法

1:把鸭洗净,切件,加入腌料腌20分钟

2:把蒜头切大粒,红葱头切半

3:洋葱切成适中大小

4:把葱及中国芹菜切段

5:中高火烧热平底锅,落油,把鸭煎至金黄色,放在一旁备用

6:中火烧热平底锅,落麻油,把姜、蒜头及红葱头炒香

7:然后加入洋葱混和,再加入四川辣椒及辣椒干煮1分钟

8:鸭件回锅,加入上汤
-
9:盖上锅盖焖15-20分钟直至酱汁浓稠

10:最后加入中国芹菜,芫荽及葱快搅匀2分钟

11:即可上碟
