烟肉带子卷
材料
"12只大带子","12片烟肉","2汤匙油","1/2茶匙黑胡椒粉","1/4茶匙蒜粉","1/4茶匙红椒粉","酱汁材料","3汤匙蛋黄酱","1汤匙蜜糖","1汤匙柠檬汁","1/2汤匙第戎芥末酱","少许塔巴斯科辣椒汁 "
做法

1:把酱汁材料放进搅拌碗内,拌匀

2:把黑胡椒粉,蒜粉,红椒粉混和

3:洒在带子上

4:把烟肉切成一半,卷起带子,以牙签稳固烟肉卷

5:中高火烧热平底锅,落油,把带子煎至每边呈金黄色

6:放入焗盘

7:焗炉预热至摄氏180度,焗10分钟直至带子内部熟透,取出焗盘,并拆走牙签

8:即可上碟
