香菇素鸡枝竹煲

材料

"1条素鸡","1包硬豆腐","100克枝竹","3-4只冬菇","1/2个红萝卜,切片","1株大葱","4-5条玉米笋","10克姜,切片","100毫升水","少许葱,切段","3-4瓣蒜头","调味料","1汤匙豉油","1茶匙老抽","1茶匙盐","1/2茶匙白胡椒"

做法

  1. step1

    1:用水浸泡冬菇至软身,然后切成一半

  2. step2

    2:把硬豆腐切片,素鸡切成容易入口的大小

  3. step3

    3:把大葱切成段

  4. step4

    4:中火烧热平底锅,落油,煎豆腐至两边呈金黄色,放在一旁备用

    5:平底锅,落油,炒香蒜头及姜片,加入大葱丶粟米笋丶冬菇及素鸡,煮3-4分钟

  6. step6

    6:加入枝竹丶水及调味料,拌匀好,煮大约5分钟至枝竹软身

  7. step7

    7:加入豆腐及红萝卜,再煮3分钟直至酱汁收干

  8. step8

    8:把所有材料转到砂锅内,煮1分钟至煮沸,洒上葱花,即可上碟
