酿西红柿

做法

    1:把西红柿洗净,挖去内里的囊

  2. step2

    2:把牛肉、洋葱、芫茜、松子仁混合。打入一只蛋,再放入胡椒或盐调味,最后放葱粒和橄榄油,也可加入迷迭香增加香味。可加入一匙面粉增加材料稠度

    3:在烤盘内涂上牛油,洒上蒜瓣和红葱头

  4. step4

    4:把拌好的食材酿入西红柿

  5. step5

    5:盖好西红柿,洒上面包糠,再涂上牛油和洒少量橄榄油和盐

  6. step6

    6:把西红柿放入烤盘并烤约20分钟取出即可
