鸡丝杏鲍菇炒饭

材料

"鸡胸肉 半个","小杏鲍菇 3个","红萝卜 1/3只","小白菜 2颗","蒜头 1瓣","青葱 2枝","海盐 少许","黑胡椒研磨 少许","香油 10g","白胡椒研磨粉 少许","初榨橄榄油 少许","荞麦米 200g"

做法

    1: 将鸡胸肉用沸水煮熟后,备用,准备食材
