豉油皇煎虾[10分钟简易家常菜]
材料
"鲜虾(中至大虾) 10只","青葱 2条","姜 3片","蒜蓉 2瓣","黑酱油/老抽 半汤匙","酱油/生抽 大半汤匙","香油/麻油 1/4茶匙","糖 半茶匙","糖 半茶匙","白胡椒粉 半茶匙","白胡椒粉 半茶匙","太白粉/生粉1 茶匙","太白粉/生粉1 茶匙","水 125ml","水 125ml"
做法

1: 先预备材料:虾洗净去肠,用小许太白粉/生粉及白胡椒粉沾在虾上,青葱切段,蒜头切碎

2: 热锅起油,放入姜片及蒜头炒几下,放入虾,煎至七成熟
