材料
"大润发香肠 2根","青蒜 2大根","蒜屑 1大匙","青葱 2大匙","蛋 1颗","油 2大匙","香菜 盘饰","冷饭 2碗","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","酱油 3大匙","味淋 1.5大匙"
做法

1: 准备香肠.青蒜各2

2: 2大匙油热锅后加入大蒜粒

3: 再加入青蒜片拌炒,待炒香后加入蛋液再炒香约7.8分熟

4: 加入白饭炒香1分钟半后,加入切好香肠丁再拌炒1分钟沿锅边倒调味料A均匀拌炒至酱油香味飘出

5: 再加入调味料B拌炒1分后,闷盖30秒后打开再拌入(葱花)10秒即可起锅.

6: 将炒饭倒入圆碗中倒扣在盘中.加上香菜叶装饰...完美上桌^_^/
