黑胡椒蘑菇猪肉盖饭
材料
"梅花猪肉片 300g","洋葱 1颗(约300g)","蘑菇 5朵","巴西利叶 适量","无盐奶油 15g","白饭 适量","酱油 1大匙","素蚝油 2大匙","糖 1/2小匙","水 2大匙","黑胡椒 适量","酱油 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","糖 1小匙","蒜 34瓣","太白粉 1小匙",
做法

1: 备好所有食材、酱料,蒜、巴西利切末,洋葱切丝,蘑菇切片

2: 猪肉片剪切成小片,加进蒜末、酒、糖、酱油、太白粉等醃料,抓醃均匀后静置约15分钟

3: 热锅,放入奶油待溶化后,放入洋葱丝、蘑菇,炒至洋葱熟软

4: 加入猪肉,炒至变白后,倒入,翻炒均匀至稍稍收汁

5: 起锅前可再酌量洒些许黑胡椒、巴西利叶末拌匀即完成^^

6: 盛一碗白饭,盖上黑胡椒蘑菇猪肉,深夜食堂美味开吃^^
