印度椰菜花马铃薯咖哩
材料
"椰菜花 1个","马铃薯 2个","青豆 80克","洋葱 1个","姜蓉 1茶匙","蒜蓉 3茶匙","蕃茄粒 250克","指天椒(指天椒) 1只","芫茜 适量","小茴香/孜然粉 1茶匙","黄姜粉 半茶匙","糖 1茶匙","咖哩粉 2茶匙","盐 1茶匙"
做法

1: 将马铃薯去皮切小去,椰菜花洗净切小块

2: 热锅下油,先炒洋葱数分钟至软身

3: 然后下蒜蓉,姜蓉,小茴香粉,咖哩粉及黄姜粉,炒一分钟

4: 然后下马铃薯,蕃茄粒及150毫升水,下盐及黑胡椒粉调味,煮15分钟 下椰菜花,煮10分钟,如酱汁太干可多加点水,可加指天椒

5: 最后下青豆再煮五分钟(如马铃薯未熟透,可再煮五至 十分钟)

6: 加少许柠檬汁及芫茜即成!
