茄香蘑菇猪肉面
材料
"洋葱 1/4颗","蘑菇 8颗","猪肉 200g","红葱头 2颗","蒜头 2瓣","番茄酱 2大匙","酱油膏 1大匙","粗粒黑胡椒 1大匙","香菜 1小把","面条 1大把","鸡蛋 2颗"
做法

1: 锅中1大匙橄榄油炒香洋葱.红葱末.蒜末放入蘑菇拌炒加蕃茄酱.酱油膏.黑胡椒及1杯水or鸡高汤去煮

2: 猪肉汆烫or煎过切小块放入煨煮一下

3: 汤锅加一匙橄榄油及少许盐巴煮面条 约4分钟关火捞起面条后 用锅中余温放入2颗鸡蛋

4: 把面条加入蘑菇酱中拌炒 加一些香菜

5: 起锅前融化一块奶油味道更棒喔!

6: 盛盘 打一颗约3~5分熟的蛋 简单又美味的面食好囉!!
