材料
"梅花肉(夹心肉) 2斤-2斤半","马铃薯 2颗","苹果 2颗","姜片 12片","蕃茄酱 1碗","印度咖哩粉 3大匙","冰糖 3大匙","水 4-5碗","盐 3茶匙","红萝卜 1大条","洋葱 2颗","水 6大匙","树薯粉 2大匙"
做法

1: 备料(将红萝卜去皮切块.马铃薯去皮切块.梅花(夹心)肉用电锅蒸一下取出切块欧.苹果去皮切块与4碗水打成果汁备用)

2: 起三大驰油或是梅花(夹心)多的油拿来先与姜片一起爆香至表面微焦

3: 爆好姜片取出后

4: 放入洋葱爆香至软

5: 放入红萝卜块

6: 再放入马铃薯块

7: 放入肉块后

8: 加咖哩粉及冰糖与材料拌炒至咖哩香气出来后

9: 放入蕃茄酱

10: 再倒入苹果泥汁煮以中小火闷煮40min

11: 起锅前勾芡
