超简单菇菇嫩鸡煲仔饭
材料
"盐 1小匙","酱油 1大匙","黑胡椒 适量","糖 1小匙","大蒜碎 2瓣","蚝油 1大匙","香油 1小匙","糖 1小匙","酱油 1大匙","蚝油 1大匙","香油 1小匙","糖 1小匙","白米 2杯","去骨鸡腿 1支","干香菇 8朵","鸿喜菇 1包","葱花 适量"
做法

1: 将白米洗净浸泡半小时后沥干、干香菇泡软、鸿喜菇洗净、去骨鸡腿切小块加入醃料醃半小时、酱汁材料均匀混合 备用

2: 准备好煎烤锅

3: 将米放入锅内铺平,加入水2杯(淹过米),盖上锅盖,煮至水滚,将醃好的鸡腿肉、香菇、鸿喜菇分散舖在米上,剩下的酱汁也倒入,再加1杯水,盖上锅盖,转小火

4: 烹煮20-25分钟至水收乾,底部呈现锅粑状即可

5: 打开锅盖,撒上葱花,将酱汁均匀淋上,与饭搅拌,就可以盛盘囉~
