鲔鱼韭菜水煎包
材料
"中筋面粉 600g","水 300g","老面 200g","酵母 6g","糖 30g","沙拉油 15g","鲔鱼 适量","韭菜 适量","冬粉 适量","红葱酥 适量","香油 适量","酱油 适量","胡椒粉 适量","盐 适量"
做法

1: 将韭菜,鲔鱼,冬粉(泡水后切小段),放入盆中加入红葱酥,塩,胡椒粉,酱油搅拌再放入芝麻油搅拌均匀后放入冰箱备用

2: 将主料放入盆中撹拌成团, 放在桌上搓揉光滑面团后,盖上保鲜膜,醒5~10分钟

3: 搓揉成长条状, 切成小剂子

4: 擀成圆面皮

5: 包入饀料,醒15分钟

6: 锅里放少许油,煎至底部金黄

7: 倒入一杯水,锅上锅盖,中小火煎至水干
